Counsellor and life coach Frankie Hall, MBACP, DipCouns., DipEd., will answer two to three questions a month from Datepositive.net members. This is a completely anonymous and confidential service. To use the feature, you need to be a member of Datepositive.net.

How to send your question to Frankie

To ask Frankie a question about any kind of emotional, relationship or psychological issue, you must be a registered member of datepostiive.net.

1. Submit your question by sending it in an email to info@datepositive.net. Once again, be sure to include your username.

2. Either Steve or Sheelagh will choose a couple of questions each month to forward to Frankie.

3. Check back in five to seven days and Frankie’s response to your question will be posted on this blog in the Ask the Counsellor section.

4. We encourage other members to give sympathetic and understanding comments to questions, which will be posted within the Ask the Counsellor section before Frankie’s answers are added. Any questions?

About Frankie Hall

Frankie has a diploma in Humanistic Counselling and also in Eating Disorders. She is a member of the B.A.P.C. and, as such, abides by their code of ethics. She is also an Affiliated Practitioner for the National Centre for Eating Disorders.

Based in Kent, UK, Frankie owns Whitstable Counselling Services and specialises in these areas: depression, low self-esteem, panic attacks, PTSD, stress, transgender issues, and grief counselling. She uses mainly cognitive behavioural therapy as an approach to counselling. Frankie has also worked as a counsellor in a doctor’s practice and has been trained by the Women’s’ Resource Centre.
