Datepositive.net offers online dating free for women

Datepositive.net has introduced a free-for-women policy to help increase the number of women on the site.

Datepositive.net is the UK’s top website for HIV dating and Herpes dating.  It launched in 2006 and is known for giving a lot of offers to members and potential members, and for keeping its hiv dating and herpes dating membership fees low.

At the moment we have more than twice as many men on the site than women, and if we want to have a successful dating website, we need more women members.

Women who join receive a six-month free membership. We hope this change will help even out the ratio of men to women and make the site a better community for hiv dating and herpes dating.

Online dating customer service at datepositive.net

One of the biggest thing that bugs me about life in the UK is the generally poor customer service.

You all know what I’m talking about. The sales people who carry on a conversation while you’re waiting to be served, the service rep who doesn’t listen, and businesses that don’t return your phone calls.

It’s a frustrating state of affairs and one that really stands out after trips to North America, where customer service is excellent.

So at Datepositive.net we’ve made a commitment to always provide excellent customer service.  I know, it’s easy for a business to make that kind of promise.  What exactly does it mean?

It means that we’re on hand to respond to member questions and/or problems within 12 hours, and more quickly if it’s urgent.  We always follow-up concerns and if technical problems are reported we check them out thoroughly – although that’s a pretty rare occurrence.

We also give members advice and support when it comes to online dating. This means helping with profiles, responding to concerns, preventing as best we can, unscrupulous members being on the site, and adding additional features and extra value.

If a business is going to survive in these tough and competitive times, excellent customer service gives a strong edge over the competition.  And it also means our members have a better experience when they are a part of the datepositive.net community.

Online dating website profiles checked by people not machines equals quality

Every profile submitted to Datepositive is checked manually by a person and not by a machine.

Datepositive.net is the UK’s top HIV dating and Herpes dating website, and is committed to quality and customer service.

The procedure has helped our Datepositive become successful.  The focus on quality means that most people put an effort into writing a profile – so you’re not going to click on a profile in the search page and find that it is empty.

Datepositive has a mandatory number of characters that must be entered in the profile description field. I’d guess that 95 % of members make an effort and write a fair or good profile.

Occasionally we have profiles submitted that are full of random characters, and we take a pretty strong position on this kind of profile – they are deleted.

To be honest, I don’t understand why anyone would join a dating website and not bother to write a half-decent profile. What’s the point? Your profile page is designed to make you appear interesting – so if it’s empty or shows no effort you won’t receive any interest from other members.

Datepositive aims to attract genuine people who really want to connect with other people.  By encouraging people to write good profiles, we’re putting the needs of genuine members first.

I’d say that if a dating website is judged on the quality of its profiles, then we’re doing pretty well.

Checking profiles is also one of the many steps we take to protect your safety. Everything you see on the site has been approved by our team. And we monitor the Datepositive daily to deal with any issues.  If you have a complaint, feel like a profile looks fake, or have a problem with another member, send an email and we will respond the same day.
